Advice, please, on where I can find conditioner like those in hair colourants?

I have fine hair with has an annoying kink and can be prone to frizziness (lucky me!). Whenever I semi-perm colour my hair, I find that the conditioner is fabulous and like none that I have bought before. I’ve tried lots of makes but nothing makes my hair feel so soft and silky. Can anyone recommend a brand that has the same effect as those conditioners which come with colourants? Any help much appreciated! Thanks

If you have an asda near you they sell the conditioner that comes in a nice and easy hair dye. They are little tubes that are yellow (if ur blonde) or brown (if ur brown). They are about 99p a tube and last around 6 washes depending on the thickness / length of ur hair. I think boots sell them too.
