i’m so impatient. i want to click my heels and be in kansas. oops, i mean alaska. there’s so much to do that i don’t know where to begin. we could be moving in as early as a month. we will be having a big yard sale the first weekend in june. the weekend before that is memorial day and mike’s mom’s family is coming to spend some time with us before we go. i can’t wait for that. this weekend one of my lifelong friends is visiting from tulsa and my grandfather’s 80th birthday party is at mom’s. i’m thankful for all the things to keep me busy while we anticipate the move.  i’ve been emotional for a while, well, i suppose mike would say for about 10 years :) but not to the degree that i am right now. i dropped abby off at preschool crying this  morning (me, not her) because i will miss her preschool teacher and friends so much. it’s just a super special place. i know we’ll make new friends and have things that are just as special there, but it’s still hard to leave.

brandi and carolyn helped me pack up most of the scrapbooking room this morning. carolyn’s comment was, “i feel like i just did this!” well, me too. seems like just yesterday we were selling the house and moving. and they helped me move it all out of the room that abby took when i was pregnant with lilly in the old house. we’ve moved more than anyone i know. i’ll have to count up our addresses sometime.
