i just made it home from a hard day’s work. not really, but it feels like it in a way. me and a friend decided on thursday to have a yard sale. first it was planned for sometime in may and then we decided to just go for the gusto and have it friday and saturday. we fly by the seats of our pants like that. drives mike crazy. he had guy junk in the shed to go through but it must be planned and he must have time to do that. me, i’m like, “heck yeah, yard sale tomorrow, check that.”

and then i make a mad dash for all the closets, cabinets, porch, anywhere and go through it like a mad woman. abby comments on how clean my closet is. then $200 & 48 hours later, it’s done. i’ve assured mike that i’m positive there will be enough junk later when we get ready to move to have another one.

the girls are spending the day with their M. (grandma) while Mike works today so I’m totally footloose and fancy free. hmmmmm, i feel a nap coming on. ta ta for now!
