sshhhhh! don’t make a sound. abby and lilly are both asleep. finally. abby went to the dr. this morning after running fever that wouldn’t come down since Saturday night. she tested positive for both strep-throat and the flu. fun times. she spit her first dose of tamiflu into her already-needing -washed-cut herself-hairdo so i hope there was at least one dose extra in the bottle of liquid gold. lilly is being treated,too, since 98.435% of their waking hours are spent in one another’s faces. mike called in to our dr. and got some tami-flu for us, too. our pharmacy bill will definitely meet the deductible in this one fell swoop !

in this quiet moment i am thankful for health care and drugs.

don’t expect many new things in the gallery this week. my throat is getting sore and i have much better things to do than make things. although that’s usually a good indicator that i will be making things!

i’ll be back in full force when things are more s”well”er…
